Rivac Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has built the RectAce app (hereinafter referred to as "this app"). When you use this app, we will handle your information as follows.
■ Compliance with laws and regulations
We will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws regarding the acquisition, use and other handling of personal information.
■ Personal information
The personal information displayed on this app and the personal information entered by you will be sent to the outside by the method specified by you, such as the e-mail sending function you use in this app and the sending function to the cloud. This app will not send to other services such as our service.
However, the third-party external transmission function you have used may collect personal information. Therefore, please refer to the privacy policy of the external transmission function you use, if any.
■ Sending function to the outside
The following functions and the following third-party functions are used for sending to external apps and sending to the cloud. These features may collect personal information, so please see the privacy policy for that feature, if any.
・Send by e-mail
When you send an image by e-mail, the image is sent as an e-mail attachment. The entered e-mail address is not collected by this app.
・Send to other apps
There is a function to send images to other apps. Only the specified image will be sent.
・Send to the cloud
There is a function to send to the cloud. You can send images to Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, BOX, Evernote. Only the specified images will be sent. In addition to the image transmission function, the following functions are used in clouds other than Evernote.
・Create a folder
・Change the folder name
・Delete folder
・Get folder and file names
Information such as the folder name entered by the above function is not collected by this app.

Rivac Inc. (以下「当社」とします)は、RectAce アプリ（以下「本アプリ」とします）を構築しました。 本アプリを皆様がご利用するに当たり皆様の情報を以下のように取り扱うものとします。
■ 法令の遵守
当社は､個人情報の取得､利用その他の取り扱いについて個人情報の保護に関する法律その他 の関係法令を遵守します｡
■ 個人情報
本アプリに表示される個人情報や皆様が入力された個人情報は、皆様が本アプリで使用するメ ール送信機能・クラウドへの送信機能など外部へ皆様が指定された方法により送信する以外 は、本アプリから当社のサービスなど他のサービスへは送信されません。 ただし、ご利用になったサードパーティ社製の外部送信の機能が個人情報を収集する場合があ ります。そのため、ご使用になる外部送信機能のプライバシーポリシーがある場合はそれをご覧 ください。
■ 外部への送信機能
外部のアプリへの送信やクラウドなどの送信では、以下の機能や以下のサードパーティ社製の 機能を使用しています。これらの機能が個人情報を収集する場合がありますので、その機能の プライバシーポリシーがある場合はそれをご覧ください。
・メールで送信
メールで画像を送信すると、画像はメールの添付ファイルとして送信されます。 入力されたメールアドレスは本アプリでは収集していません。
・他のアプリへ送信
他のアプリへ画像を送る機能があります。指定された画像以外は送信されません。
・クラウドへ送信
クラウドへ送信する機能があります。Dropbox，Google Drive， One Drive，BOX，Evernote へ画像を送信することができます。指定された画像以外は送信されません。Evernote 以外のクラウドでは画像送信機能の他に、以下の機能を使用しています。
・フォルダの作成
・フォルダ名の変更
・フォルダの削除
・フォルダやファイル名の取得
上記の機能で入力されたフォルダ名などの情報は本アプリでは収集していません。

当社は､本プライバシーポリシーの内容を変更することがあります｡変更した場合はこのページで ご連絡します。
